With over 20 years working in the creative field, Andrei's journey began as a graphic designer at an advertising firm, quickly advancing and winning numerous global advertising awards.

He served as a lead creative director
at multiple agencies and now focuses on applying creative methods in the design of learning experiences.

Along the way, he's acquired a diverse set of tools and skills in advertising, strategy, design thinking, and user experience design. He thrives on data, insights, empathy maps and ideation.

Andrei’s goal is to connect with people and bring a human touch to everything he does. He has won numerous international creative recognitions in advertising, as well as for his work as an abstract artist, including the Florence Biennale 2023.
